Stover is one of 137 student-athletes across all collegiate divisions and 13 spring sports recognized for going above and beyond in their commitment to community service, academic achievement, and athletic performance. A two-sport standout for the Spartans, Stover competes in both bowling and softball while serving as a key leader within Norfolk State Athletics. She is the president of the Norfolk State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), where she helps spearhead community engagement initiatives and advocate for student-athlete welfare. Stover also serves on the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) SAAC Executive Board, contributing to conference-wide efforts to enhance the student-athlete experience.
The Allstate NACDA Good Works Team, established in 2024, recognizes 60 student-athletes annually across the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The initiative builds on the legacy of the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team®, expanding recognition to student-athletes from all sports who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service.
A distinguished selection committee comprised of athletics directors, former student-athletes, and industry leaders will select the final 20-member team — 10 male and 10 female honorees — with the official team set to be announced later this month. One student-athlete will also be named team captain.
Stover's nomination highlights her impact beyond competition, exemplifying Norfolk State's commitment to developing leaders who excel in the classroom, in competition, and in the community.
