Game Day — Football
The Ticket Office is closed on game day. Game day tickets cannot be purchased inside the campus perimeter.
There is one customer service location that operates outside the campus gates:
- NSU Police Substation, 1500 Brambleton Ave., Suite 104 — also Recruit Ticketing and Fast Pass pickup for season ticket holders
Will Call — Football
All will call is handled at the NSU Police Substation, 1500 Brambleton Ave., Suite 104, outside the campus perimeter. Available three hours prior to kickoff.

- Fast Pass pickup for season ticket holders
There is no will call on campus. Pick up your tickets at the Police Substation before heading to a campus gate — you will need your ticket to pass through perimeter screening.
Game Day — Basketball
Will call available 60 minutes prior to game time. Media will call and player guest lists are inside the main entrance to Echols Hall. No public will call at this time.
