2010: Saw action in 22 games and started 13 times…had eight hits in 49 at-bats and drove in six runs…went 1-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base against Mount St. Mary’s (3-6-10)…had a season-best two hits in five at-bats in the first game of a doubleheader at N.C. Central (3-10-10)…hit a two-run homer in the first inning at NCCU, his first homer as a Spartan…had the pinch-hit, walk-off RBI single in the ninth inning of the series finale against UMES (4-11-10), helping the Spartans complete the three-game sweep.

At Ulster CC: Two-year letterwinner at first base for Ulster County Community College (N.Y.)…was a first-team All-Mid-Hudson Conference and All-Region 15 pick as a sophomore…hit .363 with three home runs, 10 doubles and 38 RBI. 

High School: Lettered two years in football and two in baseball at St. Augustine (Fla.) HS…played first base and pitched.

Personal: Blaze Carl Zeilman was born on October 4, 1988…son of Edward Zeilman and Pamela Geary…majoring in finance.
