2018 (Junior): Played in 11 games and started eight times … Doubled and scored in the MEAC Tournament win against Bethune-Cookman … Drove in a run against North Carolina A&T … Member of the MEAC All-Academic Team … Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester.

2017 (Sophomore): Played in 36 games and started 23 times during his first season with NSU … Batted .263 with 19 hits in 72 at-bats … Also walked 12 times and reached base at a .384 clip … Doubled three times … Scored 10 runs and knocked in seven … Stole eight bases in 11 tries … Had three two-hit games, the first coming in a loss to Niagara when he finished 2-for-3 … Doubled twice among his three hits in the Tennessee series … Scored a pair of runs in a win at Towson … Also stole two bases in that game … Recorded a 2-for-4 day in a win at Coppin State in early April … Was also 1-for-1 with an RBI and a run scored in the second game of that CSU series … Had a pinch-hit double and later stole home as part of a double steal in a victory in the final Delaware State series … Had two RBI in the win at Longwood … Had an RBI bunt single in the win at Maryland Eastern Shore which clinched the regular-season divisional title for the Spartans … Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … MEAC All-Academic and VaSID Academic All-State Team member.

2015 (Redshirt): Attended Jackson State University of the SWAC … Did not see any playing time.

High School: Was a three-sport standout at McDonough High School … Earned three varsity letters in baseball, three in basketball and one in football … As a senior, Pinkston earned first-team all-county and All-SMAC honors in baseball … Also earned all-state accolades … Was a second-team all-county pick in football and basketball as a senior … Also earned all-county, all-conference and all-state awards in baseball as a junior.
