Indoor: Member of the DMR team that took second at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:01.41 … Also took third in the 5,000 meters (14:55.10) and fourth in the 3,000 meters (8:26.10) at the same meet … Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at both HBCU Showcase (8:38.56) and the Indoor Pre-National (8:37.20) …. 2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Competed at four meets … Member of the DMR team that took first at the Division I Pre-Nationals with a time of 10:40.04 … Placed inside the top five in two events at the MEAC Championships, including the 3,000 meters (8:39.94), and the 5,000 meters (15:10.99) … Also placed sixth in the mile at the same meet with a personal best time of 4:18.72. Outdoor: Named MEAC Most Outstanding runner at the MEAC Championships … Placed second in both the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:23.80) and the 10,000 meters (31:24.48) at the same event … Also placed inside the top five in the 5,000 meters, taking third with a time of 15:33.69, before taking fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:03.75) at the MEAC Championships … Took second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NSU invitational (9:37.31) … Earned a pair of fourth place finishes in the 1,500 meters (3:59.85 – personal best) and the 5,000 meters (15:17.53) at the Bill Carson Invitational.
