2025-26: Indoor: Earned the silver medal in the shot put at the MEAC Indoor Championships (16.19 meters) … Recorded a personal best throw at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational with a toss of 16.39 meters in the same event to place second … Took third in the shot put at the Indoor Pre-National with a throw of 16.14 meters … Won the same event at the HBCU Showcase (16.14 meters). Outdoor: Won the silver medal in the shot put at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 16.05 meters … Recorded a personal best throw of 35.06 meters in the hammer throw at the same meet … Placed fifth in the shot put at the Aggie Invitational with a throw of 15.53 meters … Took eighth at the USF Alumni Invitational with a throw of 16.10 meters in the shot put.
 
2024-25: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed at six meets … Placed fourth in the discus throw with a toss of 153 feet, one inch at the MEAC Championships … Also placed fourth in the shot put at the same meet (51-7.75) … Recorded a personal best throw of 52 feet, 1.75 inches in the shot put at the Bill Carson Invitational … Earned third place at the NSU Invitational in the shot put (49-9.25), before taking eighth in the discus throw (141-5).
 
At Virginia State 2023-24: Indoor: Competed at six meets … CIAA Champion in the shot put with a toss of 51 feet, 9.25 inches … Recorded a personal best throw of 53 feet, 1.75 inches at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational, winning the event … Won the shot put at the VMI Team Challenge (51-9). Outdoor: Competed at one meet … Took fifth in the shot put with a throw of 50 feet, six inches at the Weems Baskin Invitational … Recorded a 12th place finish in the discus throw (143-10) and a 29th place finish in the hammer throw (109-0) at the same meet.
 
At Virginia State 2022-23: Indoor: Competed at five meets … Won the shot put at the Marlin Invitational (48-5.25) … Placed second in the shot put at both the VMI Invitational (49-3.5), and the Vince Brown Invitational (50-0.75). Outdoor: Did not compete.
