2007 (Junior Year)
Played in 47 games and started 39…had 27 hits in 81 at-bats and led the team with a .333 batting average…knocked in six runs and scored 26 for the season…was a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen bases…was 2-for-3 with two RBI and scored two runs in a 14-0 win over Coppin State (4-14-07)…hit her only double and home run of the season in that game…went a combined 3-for-5 and scored five times in a doubleheader against Maryland Eastern Shore (4-18-07)…was 3-for-4 with two runs and an RBI in a 7-4 win over Bethune-Cookman (4-7-07)…had 2 hits in four at-bats with a run and an RBI against Bethune-Cookman in the opening round of the 2007 MEAC Softball Tournament…only had four errors in 35 chances for a .886 fielding percentage.

At CCC (Freshman/Sophomore Years)
 Played two years for coach Stacy Johnson at CCC…was the 2006 CCC Female Athlete of the Year…received the 2006 adidas Golden Shoe Award and was the runner-up to the stolen base crown in National Junior College Athletic Association Division III after swiping all 34 of her steal attempts…was also named to the Mid-State Athletic Conference (MSAC) first-team, All-Region III first team, and NJCAA first-team as a sophomore…hit .475 with six doubles, nine triples, and three home runs as a sophomore…scored 51 runs and had 35 RBI in 33 games that season…was a National Fast pitch Coaches Association second-team All-American pick as a freshman in 2005…also named to the MSAC first-team and All-Region II second team as a freshman. 

High School
Played two years of softball for coach Dawn Gordon at Hornell…started out at catcher and was switched to center field mid-season of her junior year…stayed in center field for her senior season… was also a guard on the basketball team her last two years. 

Personal
Gladys Enid Cabeza…daughter of Milagros Fernandez and Rafael Cabeza…born on July 7, 1986…majoring in criminal justice…wants to become a state trooper.
