2016 (Freshman Year): Competed in and started 42 games … Made 41 starts at shortstop and one at catcher … Named the MEAC Rookie of the Week on March 7 and 21 … Batted .254 on the year with 21 runs, 29 hits, five doubles, one triple, one home run, 22 RBI, 11 walks and a team-leading 10 stolen bases … Also had a .342 slugging percentage and a .325 on-base percentage … Hit .294 (15-for-51) with runners in scoring position, including 7-for-14 with the bases loaded … Had five multi-hit games on the year and eight with two or more RBI … Had her most productive day on March 18 against Coppin State, hitting 3-for-4 with three runs and two RBI … In two games against the Eagles the next day, batted 1-for-4 with three runs, three walks, two RBI and two stolen bases to help earn MEAC Rookie of the Week honors … Drove in three runs in a loss at Delaware State on March 25 … Also had two RBI in games against Morgan State on April 10 and Hampton on May 1 … Scored twice and had two stolen bases in a win over Morgan State on May 12 in the MEAC tournament … Batted 2-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs in wins over Rhode Island on March 5 and Sacred Heart on March 12 … Batted 2-for-2 with two RBI and her first career home run in game 2 against Rhode Island on March 6 … Also had a two-hit game in game 2 against Radford on March 9.
 
High School: Competed on the varsity softball team at L.C. Bird High School her freshman through junior years under coach Martha Covington … Named second-team All-Dominion District her sophomore year in 2013 … Competed with current NSU teammate Sydnee Brown her freshman year … Transferred to Carver College and Career Academy her senior year but did not play.
 
Club: Competed for Virginia Edge Showcase for four seasons, including the U-14, U-16 and U-18 teams … Also played for the Williamsburg Starz Gold and Richmond Ruckus U-18 teams.
