2025-26: XC: Ran a personal best 5k time to place 13th at the MEAC Cross Country Championships (19:20.40) … Took eighth to open the season in the 4.2k at the UMES Hawks Season Opener (17:37.30) … Ran a personal best 6k time of 23:39.30 at the Pirate Invitational. Indoor: Opened the indoor season with a personal best 3k time of 10:10.90 at the Clemson Opener … Placed 11th in the mile at the HBCU Showcase (5:30.32) … Took seventh in the 5k at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a time of 19:39.54, before placing ninth in the 3k (10:53.35). Outdoor: Claimed the sliver medal at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 12:05.33 … Took fifth at the same meet in the 10k with a personal best time of 43:12.98, before placing eighth in the 5k (20:07.57) … Ran a personal best time in the 800 meters at the NSU Invitational to place 10th (2:27.71) … Clocked a second place finish with a personal best 5k time of 19:37.73 at the Bill Carson Invitational … Also ran a personal best 1,500-meter time at the same meet (4:59.15).
