NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk State women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to North Carolina Central on Saturday at the NSU Tennis Complex.

The Lady Eagles earned the doubles point with wins at Nos. 1 and 2. They won Nos. 1-4 singles to take the match.

The Spartans' (3-11) two wins came from Rebecca Graff (Bastad, Sweden) at No. 5 singles and Ashley Foster (Norfolk, Va.) at No. 6. Graff and Silvia Panush (Sofia, Bulgaria) combined for an 8-0 win at No. 3 doubles.

The Spartans play their final home game of the season on Thursday when they host Delaware at 2:30 p.m.
