Biography

2007: Went 13-5 in singles play, 7-1 against MEAC opponents…compiled a 7-2 record at the No. 3 singles position…was 11-7 in doubles play, 9-5 with Bogdan Yordanov.

2006: Went 9-10 in singles action…saw time at the No. 1, 2 and 4 slots… went 15-3 in doubles action with Miroslav Vlcek, all at No. 1…the pair went a perfect 10-0 in MEAC play.

Prior to NSU: Played as a freshman at Florida A&M in 2005…earned one certificate in high school at Vladimir Stoichev.

Personal: Vassil Z. Zahariev was born on August 31, 1983…son of Zahari and Tzvetanka Zaharieva…majoring in finance.
